Kryss Castle, MS, LMFT:

When teens and young adults feel overwhelmed and at a loss with how to handle stressors and situations occurring in their life, that’s where I come in. My passion is to help people walk through difficult times with tools to cope, someone to support them, and clarity on how to handle situations with what works best for that person.

My approach is all about you! What works best for you as a unique individual.

I have my BA in Political Science. My MBA and my Masters of Science in Counseling: Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy. I have worked as a therapist for the past six years in the South Bay in private practice and with the non-profit Freedom 4 U. I work mainly with individuals 12-27, families, and run teen groups in and outside of schools.

In my free time, I LOVE to travel, go to the beach, eat amazing food, and workout. You may also find me roaming around town with my dog Bella.

Katie Cheadle, MA, AMFT:

Katie Cheadle is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with adolescents and adults. She graduated from UC Berkeley with her Bachelor’s, where she was a student athlete on the Softball team. After spending time in the corporate world coaching and training executives, she realized her deep passion for helping others. She noticed that the same pressure, stress, and desire to win that was present in athletics was also very alive in the corporate landscape.

She became dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential through the integration and practice of mindful awareness and intention. This merge between mindfulness and performance led her to expand her knowledge and further her education in the field of psychology. She eventually earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy.
Katie believes that the practice of mindfulness is integral to finding peace and fulfillment in an anxiety driven world. Katie’s approach is collaborative and solution focused, integrating the principles of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
